Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restrictions by Owner and community (the “Rules”) and are subject to fines of minimum $500 per violation and/or prosecution.
(A) Smoking is not permitted on the Property (inside or outside). Violations are for deep cleaning.
(B) Animals or pets are not permitted on the Property or in the community.
(C) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00AM (Sun-Thurs), 11:00PM to 8:00AM (Fri-Sat). Please keep any music and outdoor conversations at a minimal volume so as not to be audible by neighbors. This is particularly important during the evening hours. Please respect the neighbors as mountain air allows noise to carry more easily. Gatlinburg Falls Parkview security will issue tickets for excessive noise that Guest agrees they will be responsible for. We may employ active noise detection technology to monitor excessive noise.
(D) Garbage/Recycling must be removed from the home and brought down the road to the garbage bins across from the community center.
(E) No dyes, bubbles or oils are permitted to be used in the hot tub. Hot tub must be kept covered when not in use.
Any evidence of such violations will be subject to full loss of security deposit for emergency deep cleaning at a minimum of $500.
(F) Fireworks, fires in the fireplace and firearms are all prohibited on and around the property.
(G) DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE! This includes geese, bear, squirrels, deer, ducks, etc.
(H) Guest agrees to all rules for themselves and their complete party. If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid.
(I) Guest is not permitted to alter the wiring of any television, computer, internet, audio system or gaming equipment.
(J) If any person in the Rental Party fails to follow any of the Rules, the Rental Party may be asked to vacate the
Property and Guest will forfeit all rent paid.
Guest may cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days before the Arrival Date and receive a full refund. If Guest cancels the reservation less than sixty (60) days but more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be refunded at 50% unless the property is rebooked at the equivalent rate or better.
